That love, however, first simmered in his grandma’s kitchen, where the bold aromas of Teochew, Cantonese, and Peranakan recipes laid the foundation of his culinary curiosity. From there, his passion blossomed – not just for food, but for exploring the stories behind it. A recently licensed guide but with over a decade’s worth of crafting bespoke itineraries for friends and family, Aldric is now channeling his expertise into showcasing Singapore’s heritage, heartlands and hidden gems, one food trail at a time.

With past experiences as a home chef and private caterer, Aldric also champions food sustainability and seeks to weave sustainable tourism into every journey he curates.
