Booking process

What is the booking like?

We offer 2 booking processes, depending on whether you are looking for a direct booking or a custom private tour. Please check them out respectively.

For the private direct booking, please book directly here.
For the rest of our private tours, please check out the tours here. For these, please contact us via the contact page for a custom quotation.

We require a minimum of 7 days in advanced booking. For some specialist tours, we may require a longer period due to guide and venue availability.
For predefined tours, please make payment here, where you can also view all our predefined tours. For custom private tours, please note that we will send over a payment link for after everything is confirmed privately.

General Questions

What languages are your tours available in?

We offer tours in English, Chinese, French, German, Russian, Japanese, Spanish, Portugese & Malay, Dutch, Danish.

For 1 guide, our tours are capped at 15 people per tour to enable good interaction between our guides and participants. Our tours are outdoors and adventurous and we want to provide the best experience for you in Singapore. For larger groups, please contact us at our contact page as we are happy to help with the addition of more guides for your group.

We avoid the heat of the day. We start at 9:00am or 9:30am latest, or in the evening at 4:30pm or 5:00pm.

The duration is usually 2 or 3 hours, although it can be longer.

 

We provide a full refund for cancellation 2 weeks prior. We provide a 50% refund for cancellation 1 week prior and no refund thereafter. Jane’s Tours reserves the right to withhold an administrative fee where excessive administrative work is required in the cancellation of venues and tour guides schedules.
Tours proceed irrespective of weather. Should there be a severe storm, the guide will contact you to delay the start.
Please wear comfortable shoes, bring umbrellas and water.
