We’re collaborating with the Culinary Institute of America (CIA)—Singapore, the only CIA outside of the United States, for a very special food and wine pairing dinner; see menu below.

Widely recognised as the premier culinary college in the world, in 2010 CIA partnered with the Singapore Institute of Technology to open its first international campus. Join us to learn about how the CIA came to Singapore and to discover how a chef’s journey begins by spending an evening enjoying the students’ delectable array of dishes and curated wine pairings.

Since wine will be involved, we're offering you a choice of transport from Dempsey to Tampines, or to meet us there if you live close to the Tampines campus.
