The Tours They Are A Changing Or flexibility is our middle name!

It goes without saying that the last few months have been very challenging for us all, both personally & professionally, not least in the world of tourism. From April to July we were not permitted to operate, after which Singapore moved to Phase 2 during which we could run tours, but within many constraints, which in turn changed several times.

We’re now in Phase 3 and have a little more flexibility. That’s good news for you…and us!

We know all the rules and regulations can be quite confusing for our customers, so we are trying our best to simplify and explain what options are open to you. Here goes…

Firstly, we introduced the concept of gathering a group of people together for a tour because we simply did not have the bandwidth to cope with lots of individual bookings as before. These continue with several different itineraries on offer, although we can now take up to 12 people in 2 subgroups of up to 6 each.

And, while the rules allow us to have larger groups, we have always been about quality tour experiences rather than maximum group capacity. So, we will keep our flexible tours in small groups giving you an opportunity to explore off-the-beaten path places and ask as many questions as you’d like of our very knowledgeable guides. Find out more about these Private tours here.

Secondly, with the recent introduction of Singapore Rediscover Vouchers (SRVs) we have now added a few individually bookable tours to our website, which you can see under Join a Group Walking Tour. If these prove popular and successful, we will extend the range.

I would also like to draw your attention to the evening  experiences and weekend tours. You can find out more about these under Evening Experiences and Weekend Tours. We hope that these will be attractive to working people who can join them later in the day or at the weekend.

These are particularly difficult times to operate in, and we really appreciate your support. If you have any questions whatsoever please feel free to drop us an email at info@janestours.sg.
