Architectural Singapore

Singapore is well known for its eclectic mix of cultures and these have had a lasting effect on its architecture .

Colonial era architects such as Irishman George Coleman & British RAJ Bidwell, also known as the father of the Black & White house, left a lasting effect.

But we also benefit from beautifully restored shophouses all over our island with their mix of Asian influences including Peranakan, Chines, Malay & Indian.

And our modern architecture is world class with famous designers such as Norman Foster & IM Pei transforming our skyline.
